Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account: go to Dashboard → Settings (or Billing) and use the option to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then, you retain access to the Service and your remaining credits. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time or credits within a billing period.
2. Refund eligibility
Because Vizo provides digital services (AI-generated images and videos, credits, and platform access), we generally do not offer refunds after the subscription has been used. We may, at our discretion, consider refund requests in the following cases: (a) you were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge); (b) you cancelled before using the Service in the first billing period and request a refund within 14 days of the initial charge; (c) technical failure on our side that prevented you from using the Service for a significant part of the paid period. Refund requests must be sent to us (e.g. via Contact or support) with your account email and reason; we will respond within a reasonable time.
3. Payment processor
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Any refund we approve will be processed through them; refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement. Lemon Squeezy's own terms and buyer policies also apply to transactions.
4. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer (chargeback) without first contacting us, we may suspend your account and dispute the chargeback with evidence of your use of the Service. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any billing issue.
