Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By signing up for or using Vizo ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account and registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Subscription plans are billed in accordance with the plan you choose (e.g. monthly or annually). Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our payment provider. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's applicable terms and policies. Prices and plan features may change with notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) use the Service to generate content that infringes third-party rights, is illegal, or violates any applicable law; (b) resell or redistribute the Service or output in a manner that competes with Vizo; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; (d) use automated means to abuse or overload the Service; (e) remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

Vizo and its licensors own all rights in the Service (software, design, branding). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own business or personal use during your subscription. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service (e.g. to process and display your images and generate outputs). Outputs generated for you are generally yours to use for your business, subject to these Terms and acceptable use.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vizo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for other operational or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vizo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
